We won’t sell your loan

So you know who you’re dealing with from start to finish.

Unlike a lot of lenders in the private lending space, we don’t sell our loans. That means that you know who you will be dealing with throughout the term of the loan, and you won’t have any nasty surprises from an institution you’ve never dealt that’s bought your loan. If you need a modification to your loan, or need to extend, you will be dealing with us, your actual lender.
