I grew up in Canada with an appreciation for getting things done properly and without fuss. Real estate eventually pulled me south, first to Santa Barbara, then San Diego, and now I split my time between LA and San Diego working with investors and brokers who need bridge financing that actually moves.

I've spent the last five years in real estate finance, working across residential, commercial and multifamily real estate. Before joining F2 Finance, I cut my teeth as a transaction coordinator at a private lending firm, where I learned what separates a clean, fast close from a deal that falls apart at the finish line. That experience shapes how I approach every loan today.
