Introducing the F2 Frequent Funder Club: Real rewards for repeat closers

If you fund deals with F2 regularly, you should get treated like it.

Today we are launching the F2 Frequent Funder Club, a simple loyalty program for brokers and borrowers who repeatedly close with us. No points, no gimmicks, no complicated hoops. Just clear status tiers, faster service, and meaningful benefits as your funded volume grows.

At the top end, the perks are exactly what they should be: a Platinum welcome gift (Whoop or iPad) and a 0.20% (20 bps) bonus commission on qualifying volume. Scroll down for the full details, tier thresholds, and the rules.

Why we built Frequent Funder

F2 was built to be fast and flexible, and we want to reward the partners and clients who keep coming back.

Frequent Funder is designed to:

reward repeat business

improve conversion through speed and certainty

make it easy to understand in the field

make it easy to administer with clear, objective qualification rules

The headline perks (Platinum)

Once you reach Platinum, you unlock:

Platinum welcome gift (one-time): choose a Whoop + 1-year subscription or an Apple iPad

Platinum bonus commission: 0.20% (20 bps) paid on funded volume above $7.0m within the rolling 12-month period

18-month standard term at no extra fee

Platinum Council membership

How it works (simple version)

Your Frequent Funder status is based on your funded volume over the last 12 months (a rolling lookback window).

What counts: funded loans only (based on the amount drawn / initial advance)

When it updates: status is recalculated on the 1st of each month‍ ‍

Who it applies to: the same tiers apply to brokers and borrowers‍ ‍

Borrower status is assigned to the borrowing entity (or borrower name) on the loan record. Broker status is assigned at the individual broker level (not the brokerage), based on the broker identity recorded on the loan record / CRM.

Status tiers and benefits

Silver (Over $500k funded in the last 12 months)

Fast-track SLA: term sheet within 2 hours of submitting a complete package

Packaging concierge: dedicated support to get the file complete and keep it moving

Gold ($3m+ funded and 2+ deals, in the last 12 months)

Everything in Silver, plus:

Extension benefit (1x per year): 50% off your first extension (1% not 2%)

Gold Token (1x per year): choose one

Residential appraisal fee credit (residential only), or

Doc fee waived on one property on the next funded deal (handled as a fee waiver at closing)

Platinum ($7m+ funded in the last 12 months)

Everything in Gold, plus:

18-month standard term at no extra fee

Platinum funding bonus: 0.20% (20 bps) paid on funded volume above $7.0m within the rolling 12-month period

Platinum Council membership

Platinum welcome gift (one-time): Whoop + 1-year subscription or iPad

The rules (so it is clear and consistent)

A few notes so everyone knows exactly how this works:

Funded loans only. Submissions or issued term sheets do not count unless the loan funds. If a loan is later reversed, rescinded, or unwound, it may be removed from the calculation.

Gold has a loan-count requirement. Gold requires at least 2 funded loans in the rolling 12-month period, to prevent a single large loan from automatically creating Gold status.

“Complete package” matters for turn times. Where a benefit references turnaround time (like a 2-hour term sheet), timing is based on receiving a complete package, meaning we have the required information and documents to underwrite without chasing missing items.

Platinum bonus math. The 20 bps bonus applies to funded volume above $7.0m in the rolling 12-month window. The first $7.0m does not earn the bonus.

Broker pass-through flexibility. Where benefits are delivered as a fee waiver, credit, or pricing benefit, a broker may choose to retain the economic benefit or pass it through to the borrower. For borrowers, benefits apply directly to the borrower.

Once-per-year benefits are tracked. Benefits described as “1x per year” are tracked to ensure consistent application.

Program terms, eligibility, and administration may evolve over time as tracking improves. All benefits are subject to program rules and product availability.

Ready to level up?

If you are already funding with F2, you are on the board. If you want to hit Gold or Platinum, the path is straightforward: close clean deals, build funded volume, and we will take care of the rest.
