Before joining F2 Finance, I spent time in commercial real estate brokerage, focused on hotel transactions. That world is high-stakes, fast-moving, and relationship-driven. You learn quickly that the people who close deals are the ones who pick up the phone, stay on it, and don't waste anyone's time. I brought that mentality with me.

At F2, I work with real estate investors and brokers who need bridge financing done right and done fast. We have our own capital, we make lending decisions in-house, and we don't have a committee that slows everything down. When I tell you we can move quickly, I mean it.

I'm not going to oversell you. I'll tell you what we can do, what we can't, and if the deal makes sense, we'll get it across the line.
